A lucky charm doesn't get much luckier than this! A hand in a good luck gesture is accompanied by four symbols on its cuff: a lucky star, a number 13, a four leaf clover and a horseshoe. With black enamel in the folds of the hand. This hard to find charm is a lovely example and a favourite amongst charm collectors.
